Henry Earl, a resident of Lexington, Kentucky, has just been arrested yet again. He is well known inside the Fayette County Detention Center and all over the internet. He just made headlines again for his 1000th arrest. He has been featured on a few talk shows and websites tracking every time he has been taken into custody. His charges mostly consist of public intoxication and other harmless crimes. His latest sentence resolved in 1,000 days of jail time, Earl was shocked.
Henry Earl fun facts:
- He has spent 4,123 days in jail
- On average, Earl is out of jail about two days before he lands back behind bars again.
- In 2008 he was arrested more than 35 times.
This is absolutely absurd. How could they just let this man out of prison when he just keeps getting arrested. Clearly he has not learned his lesson and needs to remain in jail for a long time. I definitely agree with the 1,000 day sentence. I wonder if he really doesn't care or he's just doing this for the publicity but either way i find this hilarious!

This does seem a bit absurd. Who is paying for all of the time spent on arrests and jail stays?
ReplyDeleteThis is 100% fact?
ReplyDeleteIf so, that is hilarious but also sad at the same time that they would let a man even have chances to keep coming back out of jail.
Yeah! There's a link to the article if you want to check it out. They kept letting him back out of jail because he was convicted of harmless crimes but finally a judge put him in his place.
